Minor rust mark on screws and connector casing… when power off and on again, the power switch will have to manually pulled out slightly in order for on stage to on permanently. Unit taken from System. Pon 230vac, Power green LED on, LCD display “VCU” -> F104 -> 0.0450 . Select button pressed will toggle Hz, mm , DEG Led on. Output : Off/On LED toggle when button pressed. Control: Lock and Local LED on. button has no response. Condition untest.
