| Return accepted product as stated in the product condition is eligible for 30 Days Dead On Arrival (DOA) if the item is not as we described in the product condition; dead or cannot power on within 30 days of receiving the product. Contact us to resolve the issue. Prior approval is needed if you require additional time for testing and or inspection. Approval is subject to our discretion. The refund is up to the item cost, excluding shipping fees and tax. All items received may be required to ship back in their original condition at the buyer’s own cost. Dead On Arrival (DOA) is not eligible if the product is not in its original condition. |
