What is the condition of the parts you sell

Each part’s condition is listed in its description.

The parts are pre-owned and is noted as “As-It”. having been previously used before being listed for sale. Each item undergoes a thorough visual inspection, and its condition is accurately described in the product listing to provide you with all the necessary details to make an informed purchase. However, please be aware that no specific testing has been conducted unless explicitly stated in the product’s description. We provide basic power-up checks and visual observations for reference, which do not guarantee the part’s full functionality. The observations are intended to assist you in making an informed decision prior to bidding or purchasing. It is important to review both the product description and the photographs carefully, as the item is sold exactly as depicted and described.”

What is the return policy?

Before making a purchase, we encourage you to carefully review the product all item descriptions and photographs and reach out to us with any questions or concerns you might have. This will help ensure that the item verify compatibility and meets your needs. Please see below 3 type of returns policies as stated in the respective product.

(A) 30 Days Dead on Arrival (DOA)

For products that are only returnable if Dead on Arrival (DOA), returns are accepted if the item is dead on arrival (DOA), meaning it does not power on or operate as describedfails to function upon arrival. Please report the issue within 30 days of receiving the item. It is crucial to ensure the part’s compatibility with your machine before purchasing, as returns for reasons other than DOA, including fit or functionality issues not related to the item being DOA, are not accepted. Please note:

Return Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refund Details: Only the item price is refundable. Shipping costs and other fees are not refunded.

DOA Verification: We conduct initial power-on tests and physical inspections but do not perform detailed functionality tests. Please notify us promptly if the item is DOA.

Seal Integrity: The return policy is void if the item’s calibration seal or identification sticker is damaged. Documentation of the problem, such as photos or videos, may be required.

 

(B) Fno return accepted

Items listed as ‘No Returns Accepted’ are sold on an ‘as-is’ basis. We do not accept returns for these products, so please review the item description and photos thoroughly before making a purchase

 

(C) 30 Days return

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the part is in the same condition as when sold. You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs and we will refund the cost of the item only. Shipping costs and other associated fees are non-refundable

Do you offer any guarantees or warranties on used parts?

We do not offer warranties or guarantees on used industrial parts due to their ‘as-is’ condition. Each part’s functionality and condition are described to the best of our ability in its listing. While we strive for accuracy in our descriptions and provide as much information as possible about each item, the nature of used parts means they come without the assurances that new parts might have. We encourage buyers to carefully review the product descriptions and reach out with any questions before making a purchase.

What do I need to know about shipping items internationally?

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with your country’s customs regulations. If required, please ensure you provide your TAX ID when placing your order; failure to do so could result in delivery delays. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the Air Waybill (AWB) number along with the name of the courier service. This information will allow you to track the shipment directly on the courier’s website. The tracking details will be sent to you via email at the time of shipment.
