Each part’s condition is listed in its description.

The parts are pre-owned and is noted as “As-It”. having been previously used before being listed for sale. Each item undergoes a thorough visual inspection, and its condition is accurately described in the product listing to provide you with all the necessary details to make an informed purchase. However, please be aware that no specific testing has been conducted unless explicitly stated in the product’s description. We provide basic power-up checks and visual observations for reference, which do not guarantee the part’s full functionality. The observations are intended to assist you in making an informed decision prior to bidding or purchasing. It is important to review both the product description and the photographs carefully, as the item is sold exactly as depicted and described.”

5. Ordering and Payment

5.1 Ordering: By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the Products subject to these Terms. We may reject or cancel orders for any reason, including product availability or errors in pricing.

7.1 Thirty-days (30 Days) Dead on Arrival (DOA)

This applies to products listed under this policy. Returns are only accepted if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA), meaning it does not power on or operate as described upon delivery.

Report the issue within 30 days of receipt. Ensure the part’s compatibility with your machine before purchasing, as returns for reasons other than DOA, including fit or functionality issues unrelated to DOA, are not accepted.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of the item.

Only the item price will be refunded. Shipping costs and other associated fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

We conduct initial power-on tests and physical inspections but do not perform detailed functionality tests. Notify us promptly if the item is DOA.

Returns are void if the item’s calibration seal or identification sticker is damaged. Provide documentation, such as photos or videos, if required.

7.2 No Returns Accepted

This applies to products listed as ‘No Returns Accepted’. These items are sold on an ‘as-is’ basis and cannot be returned under any circumstances. Carefully review the item description and photos before purchasing.

No return shipping costs or fees are applicable since returns are not accepted. All sales are final, and no refunds are available for these items.

7.3 Thirty-days (30 Days) Return

This applies to products listed under this policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is in the same condition as when sold. This includes being unused, in its original packaging, and with all original accessories and documentation.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Only the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping costs and additional fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
